FWJK Quantity Surveyors was founded in 1953 in East London and the practice was built up on the delivery of good consistent professional services covering the broad cost consultancy discipline. Expansion took place initially in the Eastern Province where branch offices were opened up in Queenstown, King Williams-Town and Umtata. Subsequently, further expansion has taken place over the last 20 years where further offices have been established in Durban, Richards Bay, Cape Town and Johannesburg and we now have an established national footprint to service our wide range of clients from the public, private and governmental sectors .

The evolution of FWJK Quantity Surveyors into property development has propelled our quantity surveying services into a higher dimension where the culture and DNA necessary in the property development arena is instilled in our staff nationally and which skillset provides our clients with a far superior quality of service than was the case prior to our entrance into the property development arena in 2001.
