The Vogue which is a mixed use residential, office and retail development and completes the city block bounded by Buitengracht, Prestwich, Mechau and Bree Streets which will be developed by FWJK and includes our other retail and residential development known as 16 on Bree.
This 42,000 m2 development will be one storey lower than the adjacent FNB Portside building although the Vogue will have more floor levels than its adjoining neighbour. FWJK expects to launch The Vogue to the market in early 2018 and it is expected that this project will sell out rapidly as did its neighbour 16 on Bree
The residential apartments in The Vogue will offer a range of studio, one bed, two bed and three bed apartments including top level pent house apartments which will all enjoy panoramic views over the Atlantic Seaboard. Ground floor shops will provide an active retail edge to along all three streets including restaurants and other exciting retail activities necessary for inner city living
Construction is expected to commence mid 2018 and will be competed by October 2020.
