as its name suggests is the seventh office building to be developed by FWJK in the Umhlanga Ridgeside office precinct  and will comprise a floor area of 7,700m² with parking provided at the rate of 5 bays/100m².  This new development brings the total of office space developed by FWJK to 33,000m².   The site enjoys panoramic sea and City views and most office suites have balconies and each suite is provided with a store room.  The architecture is crisp, fresh and angular and most of all timeless.  The office layout has been optimised for multiple tenancies and the design layout achieves a design efficiency ratio (R/U)  of 91% which is the hallmark of FWJK developments in reducing costs whilst increasing efficiency.   Construction of Ridge 7 will commence in July  2017 and be complete in the first quarter of 2019.   The project is substantially sold out but a few office suites are still available for sale on our co-development at cost basis.   CONTACT : Dave Williams-Jones for sales : sales@fwjk.co.za
